Due to the growing demand from brethren and sisters for counselling, it is apparent that more trained counsellors are needed within the brotherhood. If you would like to explore what is involved with the possibility of undertaking a counselling course, please contact Srs Cheryl Taylor (9723 6001) , Helen Smallwood (9578 8267) or Donna Walker (9872 3116).
The Christadelphian Caring
Network in Canada is interested in developing a support network for
brethren and sisters and their families struggling with the following
problems:

eating
disorders
alcohol or substance abuse
Alzheimer's disease |
If you are coping
with these problems and who would find it beneficial to communicate
with other brethren and sisters, for mutual support and information
sharing, please forward e-mail to the Support Group at:

The Caring Network is also interested in developing
a resource list of brethren and sisters with professional expertise in
these problems.
Brethren and sisters who have expertise in these problem areas, and who
would be interested in being a resource to the community, please forward
an e-mail to the address given above.
All responses will be handled with the utmost confidence. All names and
addresses provided will be available only to those who are in need of help
with these very troublesome problems.
